1. Enrollment Fee
All candidates are required to pay a non-refundable enrollment fee of 500 SAR to join the MSA Prime recruitment system. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing your application and is required upfront. You can enroll by clicking here: ENROLL NOW
2. Job Placement Guarantee
We are committed to finding you a job placement within 90 days of enrollment. If we fail to secure a job offer for you within this period, we will work with you until a suitable position is found. However, the initial enrollment fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Consultation Fee
Once you receive a job offer, you will be required to pay a consultation fee equivalent to one month’s salary. This fee must be paid before you commence work at your new job. For example, if you are offered a salary of 10,000 SAR, you will need to pay 10,000 SAR as your consultation fee prior to joining.
- This consultation fee applies to all job offers facilitated by MSA Prime.
- Payment of this fee is mandatory, and failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the job offer.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
All payments, including the enrollment fee and the consultation fee, are non-refundable. The consultation fee must be cleared before the candidate begins their new job. Payments can be made through bank transfer or any other method agreed upon by MSA Prime.
5. Candidate Responsibility
- Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information throughout the recruitment process.
- Failure to disclose relevant information, such as criminal records or previous employment history, may result in disqualification from the recruitment process without a refund of the enrollment fee.

7. Job Placement Terms
- Job placements are made based on the skills, experience, and preferences of the candidate, as well as the availability of suitable job opportunities.
- MSA Prime will make reasonable efforts to match candidates with roles that meet their qualifications. However, the final decision on hiring lies with the employers.
8. Termination of Service
MSA Prime reserves the right to terminate any candidate’s enrollment if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or refuse to pay the required consultation fee.
9. Amendments
MSA Prime reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the candidate’s responsibility to regularly check for updates.
